Dodge - Frustrated because of the lack of concern from dealer on warranty repair

2023 Charger .. Right front strut ...

they say a part needs to be replaced.. Only replaceable part is the rubber piece and plate on top -- they claim it is a NATIONAL backorder... Sooo why do they noy replace the whole strut -- or both struts. I told them I have new parts or a pair of new struts..

Nope, can not use them.

Transmission -- in M .. once the engine warms up ... while in M if the pedal is pushed down..engine reves up .. car does not move -- it does whn the engine is cold..

The mechanic says that is normal...???Best tell that to my 2 other Dodge cars -- they go in M around town... The WARRANTY programs rules and such need work...big work..

I am looking at weeks without my car.. Is not a way to keep my stomach from boiling..
