Air conditioning unit loses freon and the service center can't find the leak. So they just fill it up and charge me and say come back when it's out again.

They charged me for not diagnosing and kept my car for over a week. A 2009 car of any kind should not lose freon. Obviously there is a defect, but as they won't replace it and they can't find the problem, they expect me to come back when it's empty again and then they're re-charge me to put freon in, plus labor. They'll wait until the crack in the compressor is large enough for more damage to incur and then say, oh, now we see it and now it will cost thousands to fix.

Pay up!

Dodge Corp. will do nothing because the car has 44,000 miles on it and conveniently the warranty just ended.
