I was very disappointed with the sales managers at this dealership. They were very condescending, not very helpful, and arrogant.

I hate that I have to make a point of this, but I am a young female and all the sales managers were male. I thought that sort of male chauvinism was behind us. I guess not. My family and I had been a loyal Chrylser customers for years, but this dealership has definitely ended that loyalty.

They only help you if they see making a quick buck from you right away. They don't care about you when you need help.

So beware and don't ever do business with this dealership. They are located on Rt.4 in Paramus, NJ.

Location: Stony Point, New York

Contact the Better Business Bureau. I believe you can fill out a form online or send them a letter.

That's what I did. They will get investigated. I'm sorry that they did not treat your parents with respect.

In fact, they disrespected my father 3 yrs ago and me when i went in to complain, which is what prompted me to start this thread. Good luck!

my parents had the worst experience with these people I'm still investigating what happened with them and will soon be back with an ear full, as far as i know they were mistreated and taken advantage of because of there age.....i want to walk into this place and deal with them:)

Don't ever go here. They don't cover even their own backs - I'd hate to be in sales with the lousy service support.

Use to go to Wychoff Chrsyler who were great! I took my car in to have the emergency brake repaired at ParANUS. Instead they replaced the rear disk brakes (which had been replaced 8,000 miles before). The car has been in five times for the same issue - trying to give them the benefit or the doubt - After the fifth time I gave up.

They don't know their own brand needs.

Amazed by the service reps' expression, "No Problem" at each visit. Well, sir, big problem! I hope his granny isn't standing in front of my car when my brakes go out and I need to use the emergency brake BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ONE! Midas has scheduled me for 1/2 the $ and is clear on what the problem is.

Common w/ the model. ParANUS are idiots and a deteriment to the brand name.

I AGREE - BEWARE!!!!!

Don't go to this dealership!!! They lie and they try and pull the old "Bate and Switch" trick. I inquired several weeks ago with one of the salesman (Matt) at their dealership with exactly what options I wanted in a Town & Country Plus, over the phone (Moonroof & Nav) . I was told by the salesman "We have lots of cars with the options you want. Just come on in" Now this was in the morning. I went to the dealer late in the afternoon that day. I was greeted with, "Oh, they all sold!" Right! (I should have known what was to come right then, and there.) I was shown every car under the sun in an attempt to get me to settle for something else. The last attempt was at sticking me with a stripped down Limited. Yes, I said stripped down! No Nav, No DVD player. No CD player. AYE! but it did have a moonroof. I left half thinking I might buy that car. After getting back to my right mind the next day, I called and told the salesman, "no I wasn't interested." The salesman tells me not to worry, he knows that his dealership has what I am looking for. He'll call me right back. Instead of calling back to tell me of this phantom car that he has. I get an email about a week later, asking me If I was still interested in the black stripped down Limited. So I answered in an email, NO, contact me when you have a Touring Plus with a Moonroof & Nav for $23000. I figured that would probably end things with this dealer. But I was wrong.

Tonight I got a call. A car with exactly what I was looking for had just been off loaded from a car carrier today. And Matt the salesman has been authorized by his sales manager to offer it to me for the "out the door" price of $23,000 dollars. I asked the color. I was told it was black. We set up an appoint for late Saturday afternoon. However, do to changes in my wife's plans for the evening I was about to go to the dealer tonight (Friday).

I should have known where this was going when I was greeted with a perplexed look and " I thought you weren't coming until tomorrow?" Instead of- " Wow, great! You made it in tonight!"

I was told lets go take a look on the lot. As soon as we walked out onto the lot and my salesman Matt took a look at my trade, he hit with, "Oh I was wrong about the color. The car I have is light blue, not black. It does not have a moonroof, but we can put one in for you!" This was the same used car he had tried to pawn off on me two weeks earlier with the same line. Next, my kind salesman took me to look at the new cars that just came in today. (Which were the same cars in the same exact spots they were in two week ago.) And yes, I can have my moonroof and navigation in a Limited. Oh, but that's going to cost me at least 10 thousand more than that "Black Town & Country Plus with moonroof and Nav for $23,000 that I was lured to the dealership to buy. By now, I think you can guess where we ended this journey tonight. Yep, "How about a "Black" stripped down LImited" "We can add navigation to it, and put in an aftermarket DVD player."

I am amazed at how much sales have slowed down at this dealership from the call I made several weeks earlier, when I was told " We have lots of Touring Pluses with moonroofs and Navigation" that sold out in less than eight hours time. Three weeks later, after a walk around the lot, it looks like NO cars have sold since that one day.

Now you know why I say DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALER! . They are dishonest in their sales practices at the very least. They have no concern for people or their time, as well. They deserve no one's business when they treat people with such little regard.

PS. After I left the dealership, I tried to call the sales manager twice. He would not even pick up the phone to me.
