Our dodge ram 3500 was purchased new from landmark Dodge in Morrow Georgia Number of issues in the very time that we got it it has tire sensor issues it has transmission issues and now Its been out of our possession as of today its six weeks customer service has Failed us that we would get a commercial vehicle in place of ours until ours was back up that hasnt happened weve been lied to on numerous occasions our customer service representative handling our case is a huge liar and she does not deserve to work in a customer service-based environment as a small business owner we have suffered we currently have to pay a $1400Commercial truck bill Bill is $3000 a month and the bad part about it is were obligated to pay these things regardless of our situation with the truck it is not function we are not able to make money to pay for this truck in the commercial insurance is there anyone that will help us and be truthful About this matter our customer service representative is Brooke she is very unprofessional she has not contacted us consistently she does not consistently keep us informed on whats going on she has not helped she lies lies lies and Im sure if someone ask her whats going on Shes most likely going to lie again please someone help us we are a small business again we bought a Dodge thinking that we made the right decision that we would have a durable truck to start our business have we made a mistake did we make the wrong decision by buying from Dodge it sure looks like it

User's recommendation: If you’re smart do not buy a Dodge they will leave you hanging we bought a commercial vehicle to start our business and we’ve been without it for six weeks their customer service is horrible and they will lie and lies will keep coming stay away from Dodge if you don’t want to lose everything that you on if you don’t want your credit screwed up if you don’t want your life turned upside down don’t buy a Dodge.

We are in OK, also bought a dodge truck as a company truck- also having many issues with it at only 36,000 miles. We can not get anyone to honor the Dodge warranty and / or towing package that is part of the Dodge warranty. We are also " Pissed-off Dodge truck owners".
