I've had numerous problems with workers and management concerning my new engine

Workers have been stealing things out of my vehicle I've almost lost control while driving after my vehicle was done hmm let's see I've taken it back multiple times with your workers implying your vehicle's problem has been fixed, we've solved the issues. Where test-driving it 30-40 miles but when I get behind the wheel my check engine light blinks at me my title and registration magically disappeared from the vehicle as well your techs evidently don't know what they're doing your managers don't know how to run a business Angry

Poor service

Vehicle was brought in for a 9:00am appt.for a repair estimated for 3 hours. Repeated calls for an update nave gone unanswered and now the service department has closed and now I have to rely on other forms of transportation to get my child to school. This is shoddy business and this is not my first experience with this dealership. CONSUMER BEWARE !!!

Poor service

I took my truck in for a recall campaign and was told it would be around 4 hours when the appointment was scheduled. 2 days later I still do not have my truck back. I was told today it should be ready tomorrow we will see what happens

This was a wast of time consumers affairs transferred my call to the Dodge dealer

Consumer affairs transferred me to Surf City Dodge which accomplished nothing. I still have no idea about when my truck will be done.

The dealership said that they changed my door wiring harness but they didnt

I have had nothing but trouble with the electric on my 2009 dodge journey. heater not working horn. cruise control. Drivers window, door locks ,all are not working most never have in the 4 years I have had the car

My charger keeps overheating

Still still having the same issues. now I'm looking for a new motor. I need transportation and I need this vehicle to run I don't know if I'm going to be able to afford the motor and labor and everything but I have to do what I have to do. it's a shame that this has not been a recall item or numerous people on the form stating that they have having the same issues.

I'm actually trying to find a new motor and installer. After reading all the forums this needs to be a recall item. Everything was good with the car and all of a sudden it just went to *** And everyone is having the same issues. I just hope I have enough to take care of all the expenses

Dodge - A common problem with touchscreen delaminating
My touch screen on my 2018 RAM 5500, control head unit is De laminating slowly a big bubble is proceeding to get closer to the middle of the screen (it is visible on the photo the upper left hand corner) I would like it to be taken care of if itsa defect that is known by the manufacturer

Air suspension

When it gets cooler the suspension would drop and sometimes not recover until it warms up, now if I drive about two hours it will drop right down to the bump stops on all 4 corners and the pump will overheat and alarm out

Were involved in a vehicle accident here in Columbia SC

On july 27 2021 my concern were the airbags on the driver side and the passenger side didn't deplore and they just had a recalled on that model vehicle this year because she took it back to the dealership and they said the vehicle were ok.. We both substain some head injuries Me i substain back and neck injury knee right and left but mostly in my right knee some fluid amd inflammatory some vision problems and wetting in my garments and that never happen at all..the consistent restroom useage my bladders has become so very weak a Suffer pain and emotional distress since the vehicle accident...

Unconnect not working

The U connect in my 2018 Dodge Journey will not connect to Bluetooth. On the screen, when you hit the Bluetooth button, it does nothing. Won't even go to the next screen where you select your phone. I've looked up ways to reset the U connect but nothing works, and I've gotten nowhere.
