This truck has only 15000 mile on it. Been in the shop 2 times and heading in for the 3rd right now. Complete electronic failure every time. Plus the great Road side assistance take two to three days every time this has happened to tow it to the shop. Total let down after buying a brand new truck. The other great thing is when you have it in the shop. You can't even get a loaner because they are out of them ever time. Ram has made no attempt to ever make it right and the over all customer service is a joke at corporate level even. Real let down. Do you think I will be back????

Good Luck with your truck! We have a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with 26k on it.

The air ride went out at 24k and has been nothing but problems since then. It has been in the dealership 3x in 202. It is out of warranty and Dodge DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

You may qualify for the Lemon Law with y our truck. Good luck.

Someone should explain how factory bolts snap in half and my kids where in the car.

I got a car from the dealership and the factory bolts on my car snapped in half while driving with my kids in the car. I'm not impress and it is a big concern.

Truck still under initial warranty not repaired after 3 months due to radio module not ordered as said.

I was on a trip to South Carolina. Driving on the Interstate my radio, gps and all just quit.

I took it to a Ram dealer in Moncks Corner, South Carolina and they hooked it up to the computer and said the radio "module" was bad. The parts department said it would take '5' days to get one in. Due to having to return to Missouri for medical ASAP. I could not wait.

I returned to Missouri and took it straight to a Ram Dealer in Clinton, Missouri. I was told a week later the "module" was on back order. So it went from 5 days to more than 3 months. Still no module.

Notified RAM customer service on 11/13/20 given a case number and told I would get a call within a couple days. Called a week later and was told by a different case worker that the dealer had just ordered the module on Wednesday.

And that my original case worker would call me right back. Never happened......I travel extensively in this vehicle and have had to purchase a rather expensive gps system to just 'get by'

Poor Customer Service / No Service rendered

The battery in my Dodge Journey kept going dead. I took my vehicle to Mount Airy MD Century Dodge. They performed a diagnostic and found nothing wrong with the car but said I needed a new battery. A short time later the battery died again. I took the car back to the dealership. They informed me that there was nothing wrong with my car just need to drive it at least every 3 days. They jump started my car and gave it back to me. I put in an online complaint to the manager of the dealership. He called me and agreed that this was starting my car every three days was not right and said he would have someone contact me to help me. The same person I originally dealt with called me and informed me that I had a phantom problem that could not be fixed. I have since taken my car to a local car shop and my vehicle is fixed.

Request for compensation in lieu of my young daughter's sustained injuries and burns doe to defectively manufactured parts.

Apparently my young daughter suffered burns and injuries in which case she was bruised,bled and seriously hurt while inside the Dodge due to hazardously manufactured parts inside the Dodge Jeep.I'm appalled,very concerned and asking for compensation as a result of her injuries sustained as described and I can also be reached 1-40*-***-**** inside the U.S.A.She was especially hurt when she suffered burns and injuries on her knees after falling inside the Jeep heavily on hazardously manufactured parts inside the Jeep.

2004 dodge durango limited

Vehichle dies at the car wash or when its raining. This problem is not unique to me if you go online with this problem its a factory defect. And very dangerous as no warning lights come on when the engine shuts off. I would like to lnow about a solution to this problem!!!

I was having a problem with my battery dying. Took my 2012 Dodge Journey to the Dealership. They did a diagnostic test on my vehicle and Sold me a new battery. The problem continued. I took my vehicle back to the dealership. They informed me that cars need to be started every 2 or three days and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle the dealership had to jump start it. I wrote an on line complaint and the service manager called me. I told him my story and he said he would help me. He had the same repair manager call me and tell me that the car can not be fixed. I will not be purchasing my next car from the Mount Airy MD Century Dodge dealership.

Purchased a bumper to bumper, lifetime warranty. Redlands Auto Center employee failed to submit paperwork. Now out thousands of dollars for a warranty no one can find in their system, and no one owns the problem (dealer failed to submit, not in the Chrysler system, etc)

#SENIORS BEWARE!!! Since Dodge is not willing to take responsibility for their lemon car I have and they don't know what is wrong with it they made it so that the extended warranty does not cover the cost of repairs. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security so I will have to let the car go and let the finance company pick it up.

Dodge made it worst and now my extended Warranty wont cover repair costs

I have a 2016 Dodge Dart under power train warranty I bought the car used and put 30,000 miles on it. Right now it is at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge and they cannot figure out what is wrong with the car so they are trying to blame the owner by requesting maintenance records. I will provide records as a courtesy but a car with 53000 miles on it should not be having any issues. I had it to Dodge a year ago and the car never ran the same after that and has been sitting ever since with only limited driving. Worst experience ever. Now my extended warranty people are the best I have had to use them 3 times and they fixed my car no issues no concerns. It is sad that the extended warranty treat me better than the actual manufacturer of the car. #DO NOT BUY A DODGE THERE WARRANTY SUCKS.

Dodge 3500 lemon

Purchased Dodge Ram 3500 for commercial vehicle use from Dodge landmark in Morrow Georgia at the end of January 2020. It has been a catastrophe, a real crisis. Since the purchase the vehicle has required multiple visits to dealership for tire replacements, sensor, and front wheel alignment. Just recently the truck stopped in the middle of the highway while transporting vehicles. Which required the truck to be towed to the dealership. We haven't had the truck for six weeks and our business is all but gone under. We have not been treated fairly in regard to this matter. A minimum of $1000 a day is loss without the truck. We have been lied to and misled. Your customer service team is horrible. The lady handling our case name is Brooke. She has done nothing to help us. She does not communicate with us and now we have no choice but to start some type of legal action to recoup some of the loss. Its approaching 35000 dollars in loss. Is there anyone within this corporation that will help us? We are a small business we bought a Dodge Ram 2020 brand new with the idea that we can start our business and it would be successful because we bought a new Dodge. It has been the opposite and right now you guys have not stood behind your product which is sad.

Warranty scam

I am a senior citizen who lives on Social security I took my Dodge to Cape Coral Dodge since it is still under Dodge warranty not only are they refusing to make good on their warranty they also made sure my extended warranty does not pick up the cost of repairs too. This all over maintenance receipts due to Covid 19 I am unable to gather those receipts. They should be ashamed of how they treat Seniors. Now I am trying to get my car back and have it towed back home and of course I have no response. I am going to have to give up my car and call the finance company to go get it and loose my car and money I have paid.

I have a 2015 dodge durango citadel, I contacted dodge with my concerns on the oxidation problems forming on my alloy wheels that is getting worse, they responded that I should take the car to the dealer I bought it from and get it evaluated, the dealer took pictures of the wheels saying that they could not explain the reasoning behind the oxidation and that they would get back to me and did, saying the car was out of warranty and they could do nothing for me, this is the first dodge I ever bought and I keep the car like new but the oxidation on the rims of a 5 year old car is acceptable for the amount of money I paid and will depreciate the value when I go for a trade in, when I got back to dodge about what the dealer had said they responded saying my complaint was closed out. I can send pictures to whom ever but I would like dodge to stand behind their product and make things right. The car was purchased @ Thompson Dodge in Md

But it's out of warranty. They are under no obligation to do anything after it's out of warranty unless there is a safety recall or something.
