Problem with a dealer

I purchased this truck from the dealer and had problems with it since day. My truck been in their service department for over 30 days I haven't had the truck for 90 days and had multiple issues.

I use my truck for commercial purposes and I'm losing money,and also customers. On top of all that I'm still paying the monthly payments on it and also the insurance. Their continuing to give me the run around when my truck will be finished. Their not compensating me anything.

Like I mentioned I haven't had this truck a complete 90 days and it's already been back in their shop as of now 4 times. I reached out to the better business bureau and the have a F rating with them.

I'm seeking help into finding out what's really going on with my truck so if you can help me find answers I would greatly appreciate that. Thanks

If it is used and has no warrnty all vehicle sales are as is by default. If you have a 3rd party warranty it only covers what it says it covers.

If you bought it new or has factory warranty then check your state laws for Lemon laws. The few states that have them vary greatly.

In general Lemon law only covers cars with factory warranty left on them. Other than that you have no recourse.

Transmission

I drive a 1 ton dodge 5.7 hemi and the tranny went out its a 2014. I'm disappointed that it went out on such a newer rig but as I did research on it .its a common issue for that truck from 07 to 14 is there any help that I can get.

My Dodge vehicle is being repaired and they have had my vehicle at their body shop50 or more days. They hey would not provide a rental. They still have not got the part and I have no transportation

DoPoor customer service and no support to loyal customers. No A -level customer care service. They need to take care of customers because we have no control over makes their parts! NO MORE DODGES FOR ME!

Worse New Truck I ever brought this time!

I am so upset, I don't know what to say or do!! I spent $90,000 for a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 and honestly, wished I kept my 2018 ****!

I had to schedule the new truck, with 309 miles on it, to come in and have missing parts installed!! Which for the life of me I don't know how that happened! I brought the truck in, waited, then was told I needed to reschedule because the wrong parts were ordered, which I took off work to bring it over now, I have to bring it back to get it fixed in three to four days!!!! This is the 3rd truck I purchased from you, which was a big mistake.

I should have never traded my 2018,2500 diesel!!! I would like a truck that works and has all of its parts, and an answer today! My next step is to contact Dodge and my bank!

I was a happy customer for a few years, but you are not going to like what I am going to say on Yelp, Chrysler, and consumers! This is not right!!

13.5 gas mileage

Keep getting drop from my cals

Engine was bad. Replaced three times and new engine failed again. This time we are 10 days passed warranty and we had to pay lots of money to replace the engine again!

Been have problem with my heat in a 2015 ram 6.7 2500 and dealer states there nothing wrong with it

My heater blows cooler on driver side and hot on passager side they replaced the control module and said that was what was wrong with it and still not blowing hot on driver side Ive took it back and they keep telling me there nothing wrong with it and said I need to let it warm up more when it shows 190 Degrees

I own a 2014 RAM 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi. I baby this truck and it has only 68,000 miles. A couple weeks ago, a valve spring for cylinder #3 broke. I guess this is not uncommon for this engine. However, this time the valve itself disconnected from the broken spring and fell into the cylinder (i.e. "valve drop"). A repair shop installed a new engine and associated new parts per FCA recommendations. Very expensive!! At only 68000 miles, you'd think RAM would help cover some of the cost. They won't.

Bought a new 2021 Dodge Charger in April and its missing a well fender trim on the drivers back side and our cars manual in the glove box had been wet and pages were like stuck together! The main manager there was a jerk ! There were other cars on the lot they had as new but wasnt and one had damage like it was like ripped looking ! Its ridiculous!!

Service department sucks

Bought a brand new 2021 ram 2500, have it only 4 months and multiple engine codes over last weekend. Cylinder misfires , had it towed to dealer and they tell me the wires were chewed through by rodents and they fixed the issue but told me my warranty wouldn't cover the labor so i had to end up paying $405.00 in repairs. It just *** me off that you have a factory warranty and then pay for extra coverage and the *** still wouldn't honor my warranty. What the *** do i have it for then. Very unprofessional and unwilling to even work with me on the problem. Wont recommend them to anyone else in the future. Very pissed off consumer.

Recalls

I have a 2005 dodge ram 2500. I have received recalls for drivers and passenger air bags.

I tried to schedule with the dealership I purchased the truck from Auto Nation in North Columbus Georgia. They are a week out on repairs and said I would have to leave my vehicle for 5-7 days and they do not do love anders anymore. So I would have to come out of pocket for a rental car for a week. I don't feel I should have to pay for a rental to cover me on a factory recall.

I tried reasoning with them and asked if they could just put me on a repair list and let me know the day before my repair time is available and they said no I have to leave my only vehicle at their shop for 5-7 days in order to repair it because if they have an open ticket on it and I am driving it and get hurt they could be held liable for not fixing the recalled airbags. They said they have them in stock so it's not a matter of waiting on parts. I am fully aware and understanding of current lack of employees and delays due to covid. I have no problem with any of the time issues except that's alot of money that I don't really have to spend to rent a vehicle just so my truck can sit in their lot for 5-7 days then get repaired.

Any help you can give me would be very appreciated. Thank you

Upon calling dodge corporate customer service about this problem the gentleman I spoke to was extremely curious and helped me schedule an appointment at a different dealership very quickly and I get to take it and drop it off at a scheduled time and get it back the same day. I am very happy with dodge corporate for sure and has put a smile on my face. Thank you

The dodge dealership in Henderson NC did not do the work the work I was charged!

I was charged for tail pipe install, inspection but my 4wheel drive was disconnected Turbocharger. All I went in for a oil leak

Apparently a rock was able to puncture the pan and drain the fluid. The truck was 21 days out of the dealership. I think a recall is in order for the 2021 Ram 1500 Warlock. That tout Ram Tough and a small rock was able to sideline the Truck.
