1 week out of my 1 year 12,000 mile warranty and dodge tells me theres nothing they can do to fix my brakes. Car is at 6,400 miles and has never been tracked or driven hard. Dodge continues to disappoint. I spend 80,000 on a Mopar and get treated like complete garbage.

Good afternoon I am calling about the incident I had at Jeff DAmbrosio Dodge.Do not purchase a vehicle at Jeff DAmbrosio if you are a military veteran I purchased a 2019 dodge ram and I had to take it back within the first month because the gas tank had to be replaced. Soon after another two months I passed and I kept getting blinking lights on my dashboard with bells ringing and my battery light would come on.

I took my dealer certified vehicle into Jesse Ambrosio to get looked at. They told me it was the alternator and it was not in stock it was a five day wait but I can have a rental car. They then took the rental car from me after two days explaining that the alternator will not be covered under my warranty and I would get stuck paying $30 a day for my car. I decided to turn my rental car back in and for them to call me when the alternator came in.

Well as luck would have it whatever they did to my vehicle reset some switch or and I would get stuck paying $30 a day for my car. I decided to turn my rental car back in and picked up my truck and I was going to wait for them to call me when the alternator came in. Well as luck would have it whatever they did to my vehicle reset some switch or something resulting in my vehicle working fine and no lights coming on. I cant help but think that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and they were just ordering an alternator and charging me $100 for a co-pay or deductible just to make money off me.

I believe this is terrible customer service and trying to defraud a customer is borderline illegal. Id appreciate a call back at your earliest convenience.

Poor dealer

I am a dodge owner. My family has always chosen dodges.

Unfortunately I have had a poor experience with my dealer and will NEVER purchase a dodge again.

My dealer took apart my trans for a flex plate replacement. A week later wasn't running right, and I brought back in to fins the valve body was broken and needed replacement. Now I have to pay AGAIN for them to take apart. I do not think that's fair.

They should have seen it when they fixed first time, or charge me for parts only not another $1500 to fix after I just paid $2100 week before!

It was Bill Walsh coronet dodge in Peru IL.

Argued with them all the way up to management and was told I was wrong. So I am extremely upset.

Truck in another dealer garage for another month 7pmnow and even with 2nd Case Manager, no progress on repairs or payment of parts after left on interstate by 1st dodge dealer .

My Dodge Ram 1500 has been in the shop 5 months

Case Number - 8278**** My 1500 had to be towed into the dealership five and a half months ago. I can't get a straight answer as to when it will be done. I had to wait for several parts (safety recall parts on back order) I haven't had the use of my truck and have asked for a rental; no response to the rental car. It's been idle, and the battery went dead. I had to buy another battery for about $350.00. I shouldn't be required to pay for that. I have called my Louisiana Senator, Governor, and the BBB. You should be hearing soon.

Power steering Failure safety issues

While driving to Laughlin on July 1, 2022, my 2017 Dodge Ram, on cruise control at about 70mph, began to shake violently, the engine began to decrease speed rapidly, and my wife and I were throwing towards the windshield. I had no control of the vehicle at all.

The steering was not engaging there was no hydraulic steering at all the brake system would not work at all the brakes just shuttered as I tried to apply them. I had no control of vehicle I was almost rear-ended. The truck was shaking so violently that is was moving itself towards a diesel truck on the right side of us. This is a safety issue not only puts my family of serious injury or death but also endangers the safety of the other drivers and or family/friends.

We have filed a complaint with the Riverside Dodge and Jeep dealer. As of now, the service assistant states his technicians are unable to figure out what the problem is.

The whole Dodge corporation doesnt seem right from the salesman to the CSR! I would never refer anyone. I was given a $28000 vehicle with a busted grill on the front and was told to look the piece up on Amazon and it would be replaced..Im so disgusted and disappointed with this company as a whole.. My new car experience was ruin. I dont want the car but its being forced.. I will seek legal advice soon

Can’t get even a diagnosis for our Dodge Long Horn

Our truck broke down. We contacted our local dealer and after giving the vin number was told to have it towed there .

Once it arrived the tow truck driver was told to move this piece of junkbecause they dont work on diesel . We then towed to another dodge dealer after calling them with the vin number.After them having it for a week was notified we dont have a diesel mechanic for non electrical problems so we now have to tow it a third time . Call third dealership in our county they state they definitely can work on it .

Well going on the third week , we have nothing but tow bills and rental charges accruing . Still no diagnosis or return phone call after contacting the service manager and service department This seems totally unacceptable to us .

Rear glass leaks

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 and rear glass leaks from everything I have researched this has been going on since 2016 . I cant believe they have not done a recall on them, it seem to be a manufacturer defect in my opinion especially when you have the same issue on so many trucks.

I was told today they will not be helping me with any of the cost , that my truck is out of warranty now . Ive been on the phone and emails with both Dodge customer care and dealership since March and this is what I was told today July 7th . Dallas Dodge stop talking to me and would not call me back or respond to my emails or text. I hate Dodge this is our second vehicle worst company they never stand behind there products.

Dodge truck going out of park and rolling back and hitting another automobile

My grandson was in the 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 while it was in the driveway. It was not running and the key was in the house. He pulled the truck shifter out of park into gear and it rolled back hitting my wife on the leg and hitting a car that was parked behind the truck. The mechanic at a dodge dealer said it wasnt suppose to go out of gear like that. I have an estimate for the car it hit and was going to cost 1400.00 dollars to get fixed. I think dodge should pay for the repairs. Can you help?

I I have spent more money on them telling me I have a lifetime warranty and they tell me no its not this its not that I get all these other things fixed then I bring it back to them and they say they fixed it and they didnt fix it and Im tired of paying for this dealership they are a piece of crap if you called and talk to the service manager his voicemail is full so you cant even leave a message and they never call you back I am done with .And Every time I pick up my car excuse me my truck it has a dead battery every time I go to this dealer every time and I just bought a new batteryDodge Chrysler in Florida done and I talk to two other people in the waiting room they felt the same way I did with this dealership

Big mistake

I had a positive purchasing experience. I was very happy with the car for the first month/1000 miles until multiple issues surfaced.

It looks appealing and rides nicely. However, this car has serious electrical problems and is a total safety hazard shutting off randomly while driving. Dont get me started on the Uconnect system. You will regret buying one of these cars.

Dodge really needs to get their act together. I cant believe $50+ k for this car and its totally unreliable. Furthermore, service and repair is a total joke.

I was told the local dealership in my area cant get me in for almost 3 months and most of their staff isnt trained yet on the new technology. UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE, NEVER AGAIN
